I have an entered an active subscription key and double checked that my subscription key is entered correctly. That results in finding my subscription during Autotune in the Facebook App (expires Oct 15th). However, when I go to the next page (Error Check) I get "authorization failure" "user not found" "no subscription found". Can you help please?
There was an issue with the Error Check tool where it returned an incorrect response even when a subscription is active. We have resolved this issue and you should be able to use the tool without any further problems.

I get that as well on my installations.
Please make sure you have set your Subscriber ID in JFBConnect. Your subscriber ID is a 32-character string that can be found in the My Account -> My Profile area from the menu on the top right of our site.
