Can you please check what is going on?

I just bought yesterday your component and now I want to connect and configure things and I received this message, but my susbscription is active, is just because I have selected auto renew off?

Honestly I like manage payments my self so I dont get surprises, so that is why I have switched off that autorenew but when I go the your system it says subscription canceled by customer, so when you switch off autorenew means that I have canceled subscription even if my subscription does not have 3 days?

So I want to configure the component what should I have to do?

All subscriptions are active and valid for 6 months after purchase. Turning off Auto-Renew doesn't effect any of our tools or support while your subscription is still active. In the history area, it should not show that it's cancelled. We'll look into that further. The shopping extension we use considers it 'cancelled' as in you you have cancelled the subscription, but it's not until the subscription 'expires' that access to downloads will occur. We thought we scrubbed all mentions of cancelled (due to confusion) but will double-check. Can you let me know where you're seeing that text, so we can squash it as soon as possible?

As for configuration, your subscription is definitely still active. Please double check that you've entered the proper Subscriber ID into JFBConnect. You can find your subscriber ID in the My Account area .

Once confirmed, JFBConnect will eventually update your subscription status in the admin area of your site. That value is cached though and doesn't update immediately. To force it, please go to Autotune and to the "FB App" section. In the top is a 'Refresh' button. Click that and it should re-validate your subscription and show the proper expiration date.

I hope that helps, but if you need anything else, please let us know.

Thanks,
Alex

It looks like you're in the Network Settings area. In that area, I can see that the last-updated date is today, which means JFBConnect is recognizing the new subscription (or else those values wouldn't update).

To update the status bar at the bottom, please go to the 'Facebook App' section of Autotune and hit Refresh there. That should properly update the status bar as well.

If that doesn't work, please let us know and we'll gladly help investigate further.

Thanks,
Alex

I just tested on the following page:
novo.co.mz/todas-categorias/anuncio/mulh...calcados-femininos,6

When I run it through the Facebook URL debug tool, the image shows:
developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/shar...lcados-femininos%2C6

There is a warning shown because of this line:
property="og:{scopengraph image" content="https://novo.co.mz/images/novo-logo.gif}"/>
It seems like you have an {SCOpenGraph tag on the page that isn't closed properly or has an incorrect value. Please check that out.

Again though, I don't see any issues with image sharing on that page. If there's a specifc page that you're having trouble with, let me know which one. Please note that the Facebook Debug Tool shows the tags that are found and validates they are set correctly. When actually sharing, Facebook's algorithms decide what to show and how. We can't control that algorithm and can only help make sure the tags are set properly.

I hope that helps,
Alex

My issue is when I want to share the main website like novo.co.mz, it does not show any image, I want it to show at least the logo, so I have added this code {SCOpenGraph image=https://novo.co.mz/images/novo-logo.gif} in Social Meta page in default.

So is it incorrect?

To set a default image in the Configuration -> Social Meta -> Defaults area, it should be entered like:
image=https://novo.co.mz/images/novo-logo.gif
You don't need to use the full SCOpenGraph tag in that area.

The defaults area will set a fallback tag that can be used on every page of your site if no other image is specified. That means your home page will get that image, but also other pages will have it set to if no other image is set. That's usually a good thing, but just wanted to explain how the defaults work.

If you only want an image to be used on your home page, you'll need to set an Open Graph ta on that page only with the {SCOpenGraph image=...} tag. That tag can be set in a module on the page, an article that's shown on that page, or anywhere else that is shown on the home page.

I hope that helps explain, but if you need anything else, please let us know.

Thanks,
Alex
