JFBC & VikAppointments

We've never used VikAppointments and don't have built-in integration for it. There's a few options available here:
* Creation of a JFBConnect plugin that supports VikAppointments. Those are what JFBConnect uses to create users in other extensions and import the profile data into those extensions. This could be created by us or by the VikAppointments team.
* Use an alternative method to create the users. For example, VikAppointments may already have a way to create an employee based on a JomSocial user. So, JFBConnect would create the JomSocial user and VikAppointments would import that information (or JomSocial would push it into) Vik on their own.

I'm not sure if the bottom option is availalble in some way. As noted though, I've never used VikAppointments and this is our first request for it, so it wouldn't be something high on our to-do list for a general inclusion in future JFBConnect release.
