Topic-icon Subscription - didn't get renewal discount & still showing as expired

I renewed my subscription before the expiry date however, not only was I charged the full subscription price ($59.99 instead of the discount) in my installation of JFBConnect, it says the subscription is expired.

How can I get my installation of JFBConnect to show that the subscription is active?
Can I please get a part-refund... the 30% discounted?

Ok... that's weird. Now it's showing as active.

My only remaining problem is that I renewed in advance of the expiry, but did not get the renewal discount.

I'm sorry for the confusion with your renewal process. We recently moved shopping carts which requires the discount code JFBC_RENEW6 to receive the renewal discount on the first purchase with this new cart system. Any subsequent renewals would have the renewal automatically applied.

I've just submitted a partial refund for the discount back to your card. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to complete and let us know if you have any further questions or problems.

Thanks for the explanation.
I also tried to renew just now, but without discount applied.
However, I'm out from the office and will be back in Tuesday,
so I hope that I will get discount code so that I can finish my purchase in Tuesday.
