We use the Javascript version of most share buttons for sites. Those Javascript features can be blocked by tracking blockers. That's not something we can prevent natively.
Some sites do use an iFrame version of the Facebook Like button, but that causes templating issues on many sites because the iframe width must be pre-defined, whereas the Javascript version can grow or shrink with whatever container it's in.
