You're right. Our documentation does look to be outdated. I will add a TO-DO to update it in the next couple of days. In the meantime, if you're having problems with a certain step, please let me know and I'll gladly help. Usually the important things to get right are the redirect URLs (under the Auth tab) and the Javascript options (under the Settings tab > SDK Settings section).
