You need to:
* Enable the EasySocial Profiles plugin for JFBConnect
* In the JFBConnect Admin -> Profiles area, you can select the fields you want to import from Facebook into EasySocial fields.

If you don't see the proper fields for importing, make sure you have run all steps of our Autotune configuration tool which is where all the currently available profile fields are downloaded to JFBConnect to allow configuring them.

I hope that helps, but if not, please tell us what steps you've taken and where you're running into issues.

Thanks,
Alex

Hello

Please help, when i select - Components / JBBConnect / Profiles .. It says No JFBConnect Profile plugins are currently enabled.

I then search Plugsin for JFB and all the following are enabled ;

FBConnect Social Integration authentication
JFBCContent
JFBCSystem
JFBConnect Social Integration

The plugins are located in the "Social Profiles" group. So if you're using EasySocial as your user profile extension, you need to look for the 'Social Profiles - EasySocial' plugin.

If there are no plugins in the "Social Profiles" plugin group, it means that JFBConnect did not detect the other 3rd party extension when you installed JFBConnect. If that's the case, please try reinstalling JFBConnect so it detects the plugins.

I also just wanted to note that we realized that some of the pages in the documentation link that we provided were being incorrectly redirected, so you weren't seeing the correct documentation. If you check out that configuration guide again and go to the profiles section, you should see the correct help docs. That should give you better information on how to set up the profiles. I'm sorry for the confusion.
