Keith,
Your subscription is indeed active and should be available. We moved to a new payment/subscription extension recently and are working out some bugs. There was an issue with your subscription when it was ported over, but that was fixed earlier this morning (along with some other users whose subscriptions had expiration date issues).

You shouldn't see that issue anymore. If you are still seeing the issue, please go to the My Account -> My Profile area in the top right menu and double-check that your Subscriber ID is correct in JFBConnect.

I hope that helps explain, but if you still have issues or need anything else, please let us know.

Thanks,
Alex

We moved to J2Store. There's a lot of really good checkout extensions out there now like HikaShop, K2Store and others that are a big improvement over what we were using before. We ultimately settled on J2Store for a few reasons, including developer support and subscription/download handling, but each site has their own needs. I wouldn't say J2Store is the best payment extension for all cases, but it's a good one that's flexible for a lot of uses.

We're still working out a few kinks in the upgrade, honestly, but when that's done, we're planning to create a blog post announcing the update along with some learned experiences :)

Thanks,
Alex

Much appreciated in regards to the payment extension - look forward to reading what other details you put into the blog post.

Here's a follow up question:

Do have any screenshots of social network profile implementations from platforms like Twitter or LinkedIn (I didn’t see a demo walkthrough but have been ripping into the videos, documentation and forums).

Thanks again

JFBConnect doesn't provide it's own profile area for each user. We have plugins that work for various extensions to allow profile importing into those extensions. JFBConnect focuses on the 'social network integration' and leaves other site related stuff, like profile management, display and on-site engagement to 3rd party extensions (or Joomla itself).

JFBConnect can import profile data into Joomla's user profile plugin, JomSocial, EasySocial, Community Builder, K2 and a few other extensions.

I hope that helps explain, but if you need more information or were looking for something else, please let us know.

Thanks,
Alex

Alright, new question:

I have successfully enabled registration via LinkedIn - However, having some trouble getting Twitter to follow through.

Surely something I'm configuring incorrectly. Getting tangled up in some of the documentation, can you direct me to the specific part that can help me sort this out?

Here is a screenshot of the error I'm getting on the front end of the site after clicking the Twitter Login button

Bad request token usually indicates that the Callback URL is incorrect. It should be formatted as your full website URL with 'index.php'. You can add as many callback URLs as necessary for all variations of your site, like:
http://www.sourcecoast.com/index.php
https://www.sourcecoast.com/index.php
http://sourcecoast.com/index.php
https://sourcecoast.com/index.php

You also might want to quickly run through Twitter Application Setup Guide to verify that your other application settings are correct.

Let us know if that helps. Sometimes there are other less common causes for that error.

Thanks for the assist - oddly enough something on the developer.twitter site was having a hangup when I saved the URLs before.

It's working properly now - thank you again.
