Sometimes it may work but most of the time it doesn't and the errors have increased. Really not sure where to go with it now developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/shar...layer-warwick-castle

It looks like you're trying to configure Open Graph tags on your site. Right now though, your site looks to be in 'offline' mode. Facebook can only see the Open Graph tags on your site if it can actually access the page. Because the site is offline right now, it can't see the content and therefore the Open Graph Debug Tool that you're linking too will display a lot of errors.

Please put your site online, even temporarily, and then use the "Scrape Now" button in the debugger. That should show you any actual errors that exist on the real content.

I hope that helps,
Alex

I just went to the Facebook Debug link above and the image, description and title are are being pulled in properly now. Seems like everything is working now, but if you're still having issues, just let us know.

Thanks,
Alex

Yes it seems better but still an issue with images this one was added last week and just tried again
developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/shar...layer-warwick-castle

Just can't see why FB thinks the image is corrupted

Found out a couple more things I get the image problem if automatically posted to my page or if shared from the article. But if I share the article to my own timeline it displays OK?

We have never seen the "Corrupted image" message that you're getting, and are a bit stumped as to what could be going on. Do you have any anti-scraping tools or security extensions that try to prevent bots from scraping your site? It's my only guess as to what's going on, but I can't find any details on what that error could mean otherwise.

The only other thing that stands out, though shouldn't matter, is that the file ends with a capital JPG. You can try lowering that as it's more common, but again, I can't imagine Facebook cares...

We'll keep investigating, but if you find anything, please let us know.

Thanks,
Alex
