Facebook comment are not showing on website

Could you describe this in more detail? If I visit one of your articles I see comments being displayed.

website comment are not appearing on Facebook Page

Comment Mirroring functionality has been recently removed by Facebook as of 2/6/2018, as described here . If you're using a different mechanism to show your website's comments on your FB page, please let me know the details on how you've set this up.

You can submit a comment on the post or the article. But if you do so in the article, it does not show up on our facebook page. And if you post on the facebook page, it does not post it on the article.

Our page is www.peruindianatoday.com
our Facebook page is www.facebook.com/peruindianatoday/

We want all comments to appear in both places. They did before but not now.

Facebook comments do not automatically post to a Facebook Page. There's no way to do this.

When a user comments on an article on your site, there'd be no proper way to post that comment on your Facebook Page. The whole article would have to be posted there as well for the comment to make sense.

On your Facebook Page, if you share a specific article, you usually do so along with an intro and other comment about why you're posting the content. if a user comments on Facebook, they could be replying to your comment or to the article itself. There's no way to tie all this together and there's no way that Facebook has that lets you automatically have the comments from a share on your Page show up in an article or the other way.

The only option Facebook does have when you comment is to also leave the comment on your personal timeline. There is a checkbox for that you can use while creating the comment on your article.

I hope that helps explain,
Alex

It was doing it up until my subscription ran out. That is the reason I subscribed again.

Look at this post: www.peruindianatoday.com/index.php/local...ith-go-red-for-women

If you also find the place where this article was shared on our Facebook page, it indicates just below the comment box that “This comment will also be placed on www.peruindianatoday.com”.

The comments are the same on the page and the Facebook post!

Robbie_Dogg,
As originally responded by Melissa above, the "Content Mirroring" option, which did cross-post comments from articles to Pages, was removed by Facebook. That functionality was fully disabled and removed *by Facebook* on 2/6/18. There's nothing we can do to restore that ability. For more details, please see Facebook's blog post about the removal in the "Content Mirroring" section:
developers.facebook.com/blog/post/2017/1...developer-offerings/

I hope that helps explain. The feature not working has nothing to do with your subscription expiring.

Thanks,
Alex
