Hi there,
I used JFB with a different company, now I bought it again and changed the ID. After autotune everything is fine, but all likes are gone.
Also the FB Button is not visible in Firefox on Mac (maybe related to an Adbocker also its whitelisted - so it seems not to be your fault)
If this is not easy to solve to make the old likes appear, I would like to chancel my subscription and get refund please.

Dan,
The Like count is associated with a specific URL. If you changed the URL structure on your site, then the Like count will reset because the 'old' URLs would have the Likes, not the new ones. If that doesn't help, can you provide a link to a URL where the Like count reset to 0?

Adblockers can hide the social sharing features. The social sharing features are tracking behavior, which many privacy or adblocking add-ons will prevent from working. There's nothing we can do about that.

Thanks,
Alex

Hello
Likes on www.tz-krk.hr webpage are also gone after upgrade from previous to latest version and doing autotune.
Recently we switched from nonssl into SSL but before upgrades we had 50ish likes and now only 1 - mine.
I tried to force all three: none, http or https in component settings
Any suggestions?

Using the Facebook URL Debugger, I was able to see 39 Like's on your home page when using http (no SSL):
developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/shar...ww.tz-krk.hr%2Fhr%2F

However, after reloading the page once, your page was re-scraped by Facebook and the newest Open Graph tags were detected on your page, which indicated to Facebook that https should be used.

I'd recommend either:
* Setting the force SSL setting to 'http' so that Facebook will think all pages of your site should be links to http. Your site will automatically redirect users to the https version
* If it's just your homepage that you want to keep the Like count from, add the following tag *just to your home page*:
{SCOpenGraph url=http://www.tz-krk.hr/hr/}
That will tell Facebook that Likes for your home page should use http, but let all other pages start getting their counts with https.

After you make any changes, use the Debug Tool above to re-scrape your page and then verify things are working. If you don't re-scrape, then the count won't update until Facebook re-scans the page on their own.

I hope that helps explain,
Alex
