I just want to autopost to social media. Can I do this with your tool

JFBConnect can definitely let you post content from your site to Facebook Pages, Groups or Profiles, Twitter Streams or LinkedIn Company pages. It can be setup to post manually by going to the page you want to post and then using the social toolbar included in JFBConnect to select which social networks to post the URL too along with a comment you want to go along with the post.

Alternatively, you can setup JFBConnect to automatically post content from specific Joomla categories or other areas that we support for autoposting. This will push them to social networks automatically when new content is published.

With that said, yes, you will need to setup authentication on your site to get our "channels" feature setup. Each social network requires you to grant permission for JFBConnect to post on your behalf. Once you grant that permission, you can disable the SCLogin module and not allow people to use social network authentications on your site.
