HI

I want to auto post new jreviews listing to FB page like easyblog article, here are what I did.

2. Create a channel, but there is no jreview listing object shown in Autopost Objects setting.

JFBConnect doesn't support automatically posting new listings to Facebook. We currently only support autoposting new reviews.

Since JReviews uses Joomla's underlying content system and tables, you should be able to use the Content - Article object and have that automatically posted when a new listing is created. I haven't tried that recently, but it did work at one point.

Please test and let us know if that helps get you going.

Hi

I tested Jreivews listing auto posting to FB channel not working with object setup using default joomla article. When I created a new jreview listing and publish it. no FB post created in FB page. If I go to article manager, and manually unpublish and republish the article that was created by jreview. JFBconnect will post the article to FB page.

Please tell me how to get jreview listings auto post to FB channel.

Have you updated to the latest 7.2.3 version of JFBConnect? One of the main bug fixes in this release was for this issue - new articles in Joomla 3.8 were not automatically posted when the article was created, but was when it was published/saved again.

Are you having the same behavior where if you unpublish and then publish again that the article is posted properly?

Can you tell us what version of Joomla and jReviews you're using?

unpublish and then publish jreviews listing again in frontend will NOT trigger any auto post to FB
unpublish and then publish article again in backend article manager will trigger auto post to FB

Joomla 3.8.3
Jreviews v2.7.22.0
JFBconnect 7.2.3

To clarify, it sounds like you're creating the new article on the front-end, not the backend. Is this correct?
