While trying to run the JFBConnect Remote Error Check (the "Error Check" stage in AutoTune), I get the message "Uh oh! We could not fetch page due to an unknown error.".

The site in question is:
fusionwellnesspt.com

The site is not offline, and setting the default template to Protostar to rule out the other two issues did no good. Are there known plugins or other extension conflicts that can cause this?

1. I'm not sure why our automatic tool is unable to fetch your page, but it happens sometimes due to firewalls or security extensions detecting that our tool is a bot and not a real person. I just manually checked the source to perform the same error check that the tool is doing but didn't find any problems. If you're experiencing any problems with JFBConnect not functioning correctly, please let us know.

2. For feminapt.com/, you've got an extension that optimizes the content. Looking at the source, it's probably JCH Optimize. Try disabling this plugin and re-run the Error Check to see if there are any issues.

Melissa,

Thanks for the reply, and you caught an error in my original post. My screen shot was from a different site which was actually throwing a different error.

For fusionwellnesspt.com, I am still having the error "Uh oh! We could not fetch page due to an unknown error." even after disabling JCHOptimize and Brute Force Stop Administration. Is it possibly something to do with robots.txt? Here are the current directives:
Disallow: /administrator/
Disallow: /cache/
Disallow: /cli/
Disallow: /component/
Disallow: /components/
Disallow: /includes/
Disallow: /installation/
Disallow: /language/
Disallow: /libraries/
Disallow: /logs/
Disallow: /tmp/
Disallow: /services/
Disallow: /~fusion55/
Disallow: /testimonials/
For FeminaPT.com, disabling JCHOptimize fixed the issue with AutoTune "Test: JFBCSystem plugin is enabled". Thanks!

Mel,

Any ideas for me on this?

Thanks,

Vince,
I'm unsure what would be blocking our automated tool from scanning that site. There are many possibilities from hosting provider, Apache firewall to Joomla extensions. It's honestly not worth trying to diagnose *unless* you're experiencing functional issues with JFBConnect.

I've manually checked your site for all the possible errors that our Automated tool would find. There's nothing wrong that it would have caught. Therefore, there's not much more to do. If you are running into issues though, please let us know and we'll gladly help investigate.

Thanks,
Alex
