That class is defined in our SourceCoast library. Could you verify that you have this enabled? Go to Extensions > Manage > Manage and search for "SourceCoast". The library should be listed as "SourceCoast Extensions Library" and is necessary for JFBConnect to work properly.

If it's already enabled, can you verify that you have the correct plugins enabled (JFBC system, authentication and user plugins)? Also, check to see if the /libraries/sourcecoast/openGraphPlugin.php file exists on your site.

Let me know if any of those help fix the issue.

hello,

the website is www.oostendseverhalen.be and i get error 500 when trying to load the page. I have no possibility to change or adapt settngs in backend.
Perhaps I can change some settings directly in the database with phpmyadmin?

Problem is that the site always worked fine and suddenly stopped working, apparently some weeks ago

You'll have to go into your database and disable the Open Graph plugin then. In your #__extensions table, type=plugin, folder=opengraph and plugin=content. Set the enabled field to 0.

I have 2 times a line refering to the opengraph plugin with the same content exept for the extension_ID wich are 10016 en 10017

I disabled both of them.
Now the error 500 page is gone but the website still doesn't show well
But I have access to backend now,

When going to the jfbconnect component index i get the error "0 Class 'SCAdminHelper' not found"
When looking at the extensions / manage sourcecoust extensions library is active.

Should i try by reinstalling jfbconnect?

Yes, I would try reinstalling JFBConnect. Any options that you've set up for configuration will persist, so it's not going to affect that. The SCAdminHelper class is also in the library, so I'm thinking something went wrong on upgrade/install. Let me know if the reinstall does not help.
