1. LDAP error - can you double-check which authentication plugins you have enabled? For example on my test 3.8 site, I have JFBConnect, Joomla and Cookie for the auth plugins, but not LDAP.

2. The first screenshot has the error "The domain of this URL isn't included in the app domains..." You need to go into your Facebook application settings at developer.facebook.com. Open your app and go to the Settings > Basic tab. There is an option for App Domains - please set it accordingly. If you think you have it set correctly, please go into the JFBConnect backend > Autotune Configuration Tool to see what our recommendations for this setting are. That might help you pinpoint the problem.

3. Graph API v2.4 - JFBConnect is continuously being updated to support the latest Graph API versions available from Facebook. Since you're using JFBConnect v7.0 or higher, you should be fine. For more details on specific deprecation dates, please see our Graph API roadmap from about a year ago:

Hi Melissa,
Thanks for the help.
Here’s a screenshot of the authentication plugins I have enabled:
screencast.com/t/91DCchWLg40b
and yes LDAP is enabled. I have no idea what it is for? Should I disable it?

My domains are correctly listed:
screencast.com/t/WRJk1kv9

Autotune seems to say that all my settings are correct but the error checker gives error code 406. Alex looked at that before and said if the site was working well, that this didn’t matter.
screencast.com/t/GeilffIoe
Maybe it does.

Note: When I went back to my site the home page seemed to have logged me in automatically, and it seemed to have done so using FB, but when I navigated to another page, I was no longer logged in. If you try to emulate this, first login on home page and then go to very bottom of the home page and click on a link that says "log local issue". When I did that, I was sent to the correct page but the login button was then visible at the top, suggesting i got logged out on the way.

Appreciate the help.

Peter

Peter,
The error message on the page mentions LDAP. If you don't use LDAP, I'd recommend disabling that plugin, but there's nothing we can do to assist you with that as we don't know what it is either.

As for the domains in the app, in your picture, I see test2.goodtalktnt.com and goodtalktnt.com. Your first video looks to have the URL of ostlive.com.

Let us know any more details you can and we'll gladly help, especially what URL you are testing on.

Thanks,
Alex
