Custom Object

The 'Object Type' field in the JFBC object will need to be filled in with one of the built-in Facebook object types, such as article, and have the 'Built-in Facebook Object' setting enabled. As of 2.8, FB does not allow the creation of a new custom Open Graph action or type. (See the Graph API changelog here ).

The URL Query Parameters would be something like the following, 1 per line:
The Open Graph tags would be any tags you want to set like description, image, etc - 1 per line:
To set up the Autoposting, you'll need to set up a channel and select the Autopost object to be the custom object you just created. I'd suggest following the Quick Start Guide for the "Post Content to Social Networks" section to get started on auto-posting.

The opengraph plugins that come with JFBConnect can allow you to autopost specific content from those extensions when they are created. However, if you're using an extension that we don't have a Open Graph plugin for yet, you'll need to post that content manually using the social toolbar at the bottom of every page with the "Create Post" button.

The steps Melissa gave above are for setting up the open graph tags so that each ecommerce page has the Open Graph type or other details you may want set when it's shared. However, there isn't a way in JFBConnect to have content automatically shared if it's not in an extension that we have an Open Graph plugin for (or if your extension doesn't provide an open graph plugin for JFBConnect).

Ultimately, I'd suggest trying the "Create Post" button to see if the content is shared correctly to your Facebook Page, Group or Profile. If the share doesn't look right (wrong title, image, type, etc), then you can use the Open Graph - Custom plugin to setup special open graph tags for each of the ecommerce items you have. There likely isn't a way to have it auto-post though since I'm assuming your ecommerce extension doesn't have specific open graph support for JFBConnect.

That error means you need to go to the Autotune configuration area in JFBConnect. In the FB App section, hit the "Refresh" button so that JFBConnect fetches all the data it needs to know about your FB application in order for Open Graph tags to function properly. Then, you should be able to setup the Action properly.

We don't currently support VK. I'm unsure what sort of channels they expose by their API. Can you let me know more about what kinds of actions you'd want posted and an example page from VK that they'd go to? It's something we can investigate, but I can't give any estimate on when it may be implemented.

You have entered the User ID instead of the subscription ID. To get your correct subscription ID, log in here on sourcecoast.com and navigate to My Account > My Profile. The subscription ID is on the righthand side of the page.
