Hi. I currently have 2 main issues in my website.

1- automatic post does not work at all (twitter). I went thru the steps of the the tutorial but i just can't publish a article into my timeline.
2 Manual post. I can't make the social buttons appear in the front page. I inspected the page and noted that css from our plugin is not loaded. The user has all security options enable in the options.

I appreciate any advice or maybe if you could check my website. Tx

Could you provide a screenshot of your channel edit area in the backend? A list of the open graph plugins that are enabled? Screenshots of the OG Objects you've created if you're using those instead of just posting for plugins? Is there any history of an attempted autopost in the Channels > History area? More details are necessary to narrow down the problem.

2 Manual post. I can't make the social buttons appear in the front page. I inspected the page and noted that css from our plugin is not loaded. The user has all security options enable in the options.

Please turn on the 'Enable Social Toolbar' setting in the JFBConnect > Configuration > General area. If it's still not available, make sure you have the correct permissions in the JFBConnect > Options area. The social toolbar by default is only viewable for Super Users.

The posting on the site is not done by a regular user. I would need super admin access to see the configuration in the backend and attempt a manual post on the front-end.

I sent you an answer in PM. Can you provide FTP credentials? I need to step through code to debug the problem.

Thank you for the help. But no, it did not work. Not even the socialbar (does not appear)..
Could you try something else, please?

Yes, we're aware of your private message. I've been looking into your site today but have encountered some strange behavior. Could you answer my latest PM regarding logged in users vs guests please?

Hi!
About the social bar i finally discovered the problem.
My J! global configuration is setup as default visitor to guest.
So when i install any plugin it is installed with guest access.
Thats the problem, Many plugins only work to guest (visitors), who do not have the ACL credentials to use it.
Even when a superuser logs in, he can't see the social bar nor use the plugin as he is not a guest.
So, the correction for JFBconnect would be to be installed with public access even within my scenario.
Is that possible?
Still investigating the auto publish,,,
Tx

Great! I'm glad to hear we could help. If you need anything else, please let us know.

Finally, if you haven't already, please consider leaving a rating and review for JFBConnect, or our support, on the Joomla Extension Directory. It's certainly not required, but very appreciated:

Thanks,
Alex
