Please make sure that you're using a valid email address in the email form. I just tested our contact us with a valid address and didn't have any errors with submission.
We do not offer coupon codes or other discounts for our products. There is not even a coupon code field on our checkout page.
When you subscribe, you will be eligible for a 30% discount on all renewals if you do so before your subscription expires. When users keep their subscription up to date, it lowers our overall support costs, and we pass that discount on to our users. I see that your subscription expired three months ago. By not choosing to subscribe until now, 3 months later, you've saved more than the 30% already.
