Hi,
I just logged into SCLOGIN 7.0.3, on IE 11 and I received the message "COPY FAILED.. from SCPROFILE to Kunena Avatars".

It hasnt happened before, or since but I thought I would raise it incase it may help with an bug inpections.

I am using Joomla 3.6.2, Kunena 5.0.1 and JFBConnect 7.0.3

Strange. Never seen that error before. Can you check 2 things for me which may help narrow things down:
1) Check that the scprofile_354_pic_tmp.jpg file exists on your server and is a real image
2) Check that the directory in Kunena being copied to exists and is writable

If you see any issues with either of the above, that will narrow things down. If not, please test with multiple user accounts and new registrations which would try to pull and copy the avatar as well.

My apologies for the delay in responding
Here are my answers

1) The file exists in /public_html/location/tmp/scprofile_354_pic_tmp.jpg

2) The directory permissions are shown below
