Facebook stats not showing with SSL active

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by your Facebook stats. I'm assuming you mean your Like count is 0 on the SSL pages?

If so, that's normal. Facebook, and all social networks, have their sharing features based off the URL of the page being shared. http and https are different URLs, so they each have their own Like count.

In the JFBConnect -> Configuration area, we have an option for "Force Scheme" where you can make the sharing buttons always use http or https, regardless of what way the page is actually loaded. Use that setting and I think things should work for you.
