Yes, JFBConnect includes SCLogin. When you upgrade JFBConnect, the SCLogin module will be upgraded automatically as well.
The SCLogin can also be used standalone as an improved Joomla login module with more features and theming options over the default Joomla login module. You need JFBConnect to enable the social authentication features in the SCLogin module though.
