Please there are any solution to make facebook connect icon bigger on mobile devices?

Your template file templates/socialize/local/css/themes/mytheme/template.css has the following style, which is shrinking the icon to 50%:

.modal-login .social-login {
    width: 50%;
}

I did what you said, even i cleared all cache, and the icon look still small

It's working for me now. Are you sure you cleared your browser cache as well? Let us know and I can look again, but seems right.
