Problems creating a channal

Can you verify that the channel owner is actually an administrator of the Facebook group you're looking to create the channel for? The permission Facebook requires is user_managed_groups (which requires you to be an admin on the group). If you aren't, it won't be available in the list. Let us know as this can help narrow down the issue.

Can you send us FTP credentials for your site? We'll need to make some modifications to files to determine what errors Facebook is throwing back or what is wrong with the token created when you logged in.

We'll check out the credentials shortly. As for logging in, changing your password should just make you have to authenticate on the front-end of your site again. The old token we have for your user won't be valid anymore, so we'd need to get a new one via that authentication process. There shouldn't be any issues with logging in though and you shouldn't need to create a new account.

What's happening when you try? Do you get an error or something else?
