How do I create the pinned/floating share box, like the one on the bottom right of this page? Is this specific to my template, or is it in the JFBConnect plugin?

Layout: Button Count
Orientation: Horizontal
Position: Float
Margin: 5px
Padding: 5px 0px 0px 5px
Background: #fff
Float From Top: 3000
Float from left: 3000
