We don't provide on-site configuration services. If there's something you're looking to do, we'll gladly try to describe the process though. Unfortunately, ever site and template is different, so there's not a one-shot solution to most questions.

As for our Login / Register button in the top, we're using the SCLogin module that comes with JFBConnect. We've set the login to be a modal and set the links to be Text fields instead of buttons. Then, we just placed the SCLogin into a corner module position in our template.

I hope that helps give you some ideas.

Thanks,
Alex

Can you be a lot more specific as to what is, or isn't, happening? When you try to publish, does it automatically unpublish or something? We've never heard of that before, but will gladly help more once we understand the issue.

Thanks,
Alex

Hi,

"Save" or "Save and Close" buttons are not active for SCLogin it only "Close" button works when I try to do something with the module.
I am not sure if important but I am getting "No JFBConnect Profile plugins are currently enabled." message under Profiles with JFB Component. Even though I enables all plugins. Thanks

That message means that you have no items in the 'Social Profiles' plugin group enabled. If you don't have any third party extensions for importing profile data on your site, then the plugins would not have been installed when JFBConnect was. This doesn't mean there's an error with your plugins.

The error with saving and closing the SCLogin module seems like it'd be more related to Joomla to me and not our module. Could you try creating another instance of the SCLogin module or even the core Joomla Login module to see if you have similar behavior?

I cheeked the SC Login. As you see in the attached image, a line (marked) appear when I try to clicked "save" or "save & close" buttons. It does not let me save. I checked with other modules they seemed fine. Regards

Can you go to the "Social Buttons Settings" area and verify that there are multiple icons for each of the social networks shown there? The only time we've seen that error is when an incomplete installation of JFBConnect where some files weren't properly saved. If you aren't seeing icons there, I'd recommend re-installing JFBConnect and testing again.

If that doesn't help, please Private Message us Super Admin credentials and we'll gladly help investigate further. You can PM me by clicking the mail icon under my name to the left.

Thanks,
Alex

Hi Alex,

You were right. I uninstalled JFB component and installed again. Now I can play with SCLogin. No Problem.

May I remove "Sclogin" on Modal login popup as seen on the image attached.

Thank you for the help. Turgut
