Are you getting any rows added to the Activity Log area? If so, it's important to understand how Open Graph Actions work and where to look in Facebook. When you go to your profile, in the right side of your Cover Photo is an "Activity Log" button. Click that and scan through there to see if the action was posted.
All Actions should show in the activity log. From there, Facebook automatically decides whether to show that activity to users in your feed, in the activity 'ticker' or various other methods. You can use the little circle next to the action to force it to show on your timeline, but by default, it's simply "allowed on your timeline", which means Facebook's algorithms determine who sees it on your Timeline.
Let us know if that helps,
