After doing the auto configurations and errors checks, set up the module using jomsocial, and nothing happens i press on the Facebook icon, and it just flashes and then comes back to the screen, i really need to sort this out as soon as possible i purchased this with the intention of having one universal loging for the site - because i have several application that ask for login details, Easy-Blogging Dj Classifieds, and jomsocial.

I have checked the Facebook details it is all active and live, so no issues there.

website is -http://whatsonpacifica.com/

Thanks

Dave

I just attempted to create a user on your page with Facebook and was brought to a blank screen. This usually means that there is a PHP error on the page. Can you set Error Reporting in the Joomla Global Configuration area to Maximum or Development and also turn on the debugging setting in JFBConnect > Configuration > General area to see if there are any fatal errors/warnings? This usually helps quickly narrow down what the issue is.

You also mention that the screen is flashing and going back to the same page. Are you logging in with an existing user? I did notice that there were some javascript errors on the page. It could be related. Here's a quick screenshot of the errors I saw:

We'll gladly try to help however we can. However, you'll need to help us diagnose things by doing the things Melissa suggests. I just tried to register on your site and received the blank white page. As Melissa described, this means there is a PHP error. You'll need to tell us what that error is by following her instructions, otherwise, there's no way for us to understand what the issue actually is.

Please re-read her post and answer every question she brought up so we understand the errors that are happening and the methods you're using to test. We understand this is important to you, so please answer the important questions she's asked.

Thanks,
Alex
