subscription valid til december . shows invalid in my app .. was created by LarsLB

hi there ..
my subscription shows is valid till december . see screenshot..
yet the app shows it as expired .. see screenshot ..

I just added subscriber ID again .. same result ..

please advise

EDITED . just took out the screenshots ..
WHY WOULD THIS BE PUBLIC?!

In Autotune, please go into the Facebook App tab and hit the refresh button in our toolbar. Generally, this should force a refresh of your subscription status, but please let us know if it still is incorrect after doing so.
