I was adding buttons to our page, and began testing them. I discovered the following error with google:

"We were unable to retrieve your Google account information. Please try again."

All others seem to be working. I even reset the app to
javascript:
lifespringschristianchurch.org/
lifespringschristianchurch.org/
www.lifespringschristianchurch.org/
www.lifespringschristianchurch.org/

Callback:
lifespringschristianchurch.org/index.php...back&provider=google
www.lifespringschristianchurch.org/index...back&provider=google
lifespringschristianchurch.org/index.php...back&provider=google
www.lifespringschristianchurch.org/index...back&provider=google

When I click on the login with G+ I get the consent screen:
"Life Springs Church would like to:
More info
View your basic profile info
Click for more information
By clicking Accept, you allow this app and Google to use your information in accordance with their respective terms of service and privacy policies. You can change this and other Account Permissions at any time."

Then when it returns to the site, I get the error:
"We were unable to retrieve your Google account information. Please try again."

I even created a new app just to see, and I get the same problem.

Please set the "Enable Debug Mode" setting in the JFBConnect Configuration area to "Yes". Then when you try to login, hopefully that will provide more information.

Beyond that, if you're using any SEF extensions, please disable them (temporarily) to see if that helps.

Let us know about the above, and we'll help get you going however we can.

Thanks,
Alex

I am using SH404sef. With it enabled I get "Error code 400 received requesting access token: { "error" : "invalid_grant" }."

Without it enabled it works fine.

SH404SEF can alter the URLs of JFBConnect in a way that destroys some of the values that each social network is passing back. You'll need to go into the sh404SEF settings and have it 'skip' altering all JFBConnect URLs. That should get you going.

I hope that helps, but if you need anything else, just let us know.

Thanks,
Alex
