Hello,

We have been using JFBConnect for a while and everything was working fine. Suddenly the FB and Tweeter login has stopped working. We are getting following error when we click on the respective login options from the module.
App Not Set Up: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.

As far as I remember, we havent changed any settings recently, hence unable to rectify the issue. Could you please help resolving it asap?

Also tell me whether the ERROR CHECK option in admin component is only available for active subscribers only.

Thanks!
Himangi

App Not Set Up: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.

It'd be strange if you're seeing this in both Facebook and Twitter. Each social network has their own error messages, and they usually aren't identical.

For Facebook, please make sure you've followed our Facebook Setup Guide . Specifically, step 9 for allowing public access to your app.

For Twitter, we'd have to see the problem on your site (or give us the different error message for it) and we'll gladly help however we can.

Also tell me whether the ERROR CHECK option in admin component is only available for active subscribers only.

Yes. Subscribers have access to all updates, support (though I'm gladly helping you now, even with a expired subscription) and the Autotune tools. After your subscription expires, JFBConnect should work just fine and there's nothing, functional wise, that stops working after the expiration. The Autotune tools connect to our servers though, which is a resource we pay for and therefore limit that to active subscriptions only.

I hope that helps,
Alex

The error message that the sign up process is not complete is not coming from JFBConnect. You will have to narrow down which component this is coming from and then look at any activation settings/plugins related to that extension. I think that will point you more in the right direction. So if you try that and still think the problem is originating from JFBConnect, please let us know.
