Hello, I have been trying to get in touch (3 times) to get a refund. I fear I may be going to spam however I get a message notification that I have sent a proper message. Was hoping someone here could help me. Just trying to get a refund as I will not be using your product. Thanks for your help.

I have gone through our submissions for the past month for our Refund Request form at www.sourcecoast.com/refund-request/ and our Contact Us form at www.sourcecoast.com/contact-us/ and have not been able to find any requests from your. If you did not use these forms, could you tell me how you tried to contact us?

Additionally, you do not have a subscription linked to the above username and password. Could you PM me any payment information you may have, such as transaction ID, etc that could help me locate your account? I will gladly help process the refund once I can narrow down the subscription info.

Chad,

I was able to find your transaction in Paypal with the new payment information and have processed your refund. FYI, the account with the subscription was username 'atlfur' with name 'Atlas Furbo' and a different email address. There is a user map entry in JFBConnect to a Facebook account, which suggests to me that you logged in on sourcecoast.com via Facebook and not your normal credentials, hence the confusion on account info. I'm still unsure why we never received any contact form requests. Very sorry for the frustration.
