When JFBConnect is installed on your site, it tries to detect if CB is present and only then will install our CB plugins. It sounds as if the plugin is just not enabled or you might have installed JFBConnect first before CB. Either way, you can get the package for our CB social profiles in the installation zip file under /packages/plugins/socialprofiles/communitybuilder.zip (or reinstall JFBConnect to add the plugin). Then after it is installed, you must enable the plugin before it will show up in the JFBConnect > Profiles area.
For sourcecoast.com, we have Automatic registration enabled, JFBConnect as the registration component and social profiles for our forum. The registration component setting is really only applicable when you have automatic registration disabled. However, if you do want to keep normal registration flow, you are correct - we do not offer CB as an option.
Strange thing is when I'm registered I can login, when a person is not registered, I get this error:
App niet ingesteld: De ontwikkelaars van deze app hebben deze app niet correct ingesteld voor Facebook-aanmelding.
(thing about the app not good setup for facebook login)
1) Please ensure that you have set your Facebook application live or you will encounter this error.
2) There is a new setting in FB apps called Valid OAuth Redirect URLs. When set incorrectly, it can give errors like this. Please ensure that you've set this correctly as described in our
www.sourcecoast.com/jfbconnect/docs/soci...ok-application-setup documentation.
3) It's also possible if your site requires extended permissions (depending on what options you've chosen in JFBConnect), you may have to submit the app for review first before users other than the FB app admin can log in.
4) Additionally, we'd recommend that you use our Autotune configuration tool in JFBConnect to see if there are any recommended settings for your Facebook app. It's possible that how you've configured your app needs to be updated as well.
I hope these suggestions help, but let us know if you need further assistance.
