Please, I got the JFB Connect and studied the tutorial to create enter my domain within a Facebook page ... To do this, bought a Comodo SSL license to put on my website and also place within Facebook, but
is not working ... your company could help me please?

Your SSL server configuration isn't fully setup. Your server is not sending the proper intermediate certificate, which is what links your site's certificate to Comodo's top-level certificate.

What you have may work in some browsers, but not likely all. For server based tools, like Facebook's page scraper and renderer, it probably won't work at all.

You can check the SSL error using any of the following tools:
ssltools.websecurity.symantec.com/checker/views/certCheck.jsp
www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html
www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html
ssltools.websecurity.symantec.com/checker/views/certCheck.jsp

They all report the same missing intermediate certificate.

Usually, the intermediate is something you just download from wherever you purchased the cert and combine it or upload it in a separate field with cPanel... but there are various ways to install an intermediate that you'll need to contact your host to get more information on how to do it properly.

So far only managed to pack all SSL settings and everything seems to be perfect ... I put the address www.cursopreparatoriomilitar.com.br in all ssl test sites you sent me ... I noticed that everything is okay .

But when I go to the facebook page, the military preparatory course, still does not appear there website.

Can you private message me admin credentials for your site? We'll have to look at what Autotune has configured for the Page Tab to see what may be going wrong.

One very strange thing that I see is that if I go to your Facebook Page and try to load the tab, I get the white page, as you describe. If I then load your correct website, it's white as well. It seems like some session variable or cookie is being set that's breaking things, but I'm not sure what it would be. I'll gladly help however I can though.

We logged into your site today and seem to have narrowed down the issue. It seems to be related to the display template set for the Canvas and Page Tabs.

1. There were several warnings in the Autotune tool, so we made some changes. Please review the new setting values.
2. In the JFBConnect > Page Tab/Canvas configuration area, both the Canvas and Page Tabs had a display template of 'Bandit - CPMil'. When I switched the values to 'No Override', the Facebook Page tab properly loaded and was no longer blank.
3. The problem that Alex mentioned was also resolved after setting the display template:

I wanted to use the JFB Connect to facilitate the work, offering the opportunity for students to study, make several courses within Facebook.

1) Could you please check what is going on? because we still get the white screen, does not load the page.

2) There is a possibility of facebook user to enter the Preparatory Course Military page in facebook, already display the content of our site? the home page? without the need to click the button of the tabs? (you can load the tab automatically when entering the site without clicking on CPMil tab?)

3) In January / 2015 I would like to renew my license JFBConnect, I could have a discount? this month unfortunately will not be able to renew, but the following month, January, I would like to renew my license this fantastic JFB Connect component, I think it amazing ... very good .... always point out to my friends here in Brazil.

Sorry to be sending multiple messages, is that on this site integration issue within facebook, you are the best, and is easier using the powerful JFB Connect.

Another thing that also checked.

On the home joomla, has a module that loads a video presentation.

The name of this module is "Movie - Home"

I do not know what the problem is ... there in facebook page tab does not load the video in the background.

You know tell me if any ban on facebook? that does not load youtube videos in background?
