Updating to latest version is affecting hover functionality

JFBConnect v5.1.0 switched to using jQuery instead of Mootools. You already have an extension (Joomla Quiz) including a very old version of jQuery (v1.4.2) on your site.

My guess is that the newer (though still old at v1.8.3) version of jQuery that we're including is conflicting with what you're doing. When you install next, please try to disable our inclusion of jQuery by going to the Configuration -> Misc area in JFBConnect. You may also want to disable Bootstrap to see if that's the cause. Disabling either may break some of our functionality, but at least it will narrow down the cause.

Beyond that, I looked at the page and honestly couldn't find where I should hover on something to see a popup. Either way, the above is the first step to diagnose the problem.
