Hi, suddenly the module JFBCRecommendations does not show on the webpage. I've made no changes so something has happened outside my control...
I also notice that JFBCFan has a different look.

I never seem to be notified of answers in this support forum, could you make sure I get an email when you've answered this topic?
best regards
The Like Box and Recommendation functionality was removed by Facebook and stopped working on June 23rd. Additionally, the Like Box was replaced by the new Page Plugin widget. You can read more about the Page Plugin here

I would recommend switching to the Page Plugin when using the SCSocialWidget module or Easy-tags if you want to have access to all of its configuration parameters.
Additionally, any time we detect the Like Box code right now, we are simply using the Page Plugin with defaults. However, at some point, we will be removing all code related to the Like Box completely.

Hi, I find only the "SCSocial Stream" module type, not SCSocialWidget.
I'm not a computer wiz, so please tell me how I can do this step by step.
Other module types I can choose from:
JFBCComments, JFBCEmbeddedPosts, JFBCFa,n JFBCFeed, JFBCFollow, JFBCFriends, JFBCRecommendations, JFBCRecommendationsBar, JFBCRequest, JFBCSend, JFBCSharedActivity, JFBCShareDialog, JFBC Social Share
Other module types I can choose from:
JFBCComments, JFBCEmbeddedPosts, JFBCFa,n JFBCFeed, JFBCFollow, JFBCFriends, JFBCRecommendations, JFBCRecommendationsBar, JFBCRequest, JFBCSend, JFBCSharedActivity, JFBCShareDialog, JFBC Social Share
All of those modules *excepte* JFBCSocialShare and JFBCRequest have been combined into the SCSocialWidget module. That module has been included since, I think, JFBConnect v6.2 (almost a year now). If you're not seeing it in the module list, please also double check by clicking the 'New' button and see if you can create a new instance of that module. In there, the settings are pretty straightforward to select the social network and feature you want to implement.
As for the other modules you list, you can uninstall them all. If you're using any of them, we'd recommend configuring a similar SCSocialWidget module with the same settings and disable the old module. The older ones are no longer being maintained by us, so some of the settings may not longer work and/or the underlying feature (like Recommendations, Friends, etc) are no longer be available from Facebook at all anymore.
I hope that helps get you going,
Alex
