No Friends

Same thing I would ask. Always feel free to try logging into our demo site as well to see if they do or don't show there. It's a great way to determine how widespread or focused on you/your site the issue is.

Can you post the URL to your page? There's a few issues that may be causing the 2 issues you're mentioning (no friends and reconnect):

For the reconnect button, if you've actually signed in using Facebook, you shouldn't see this. If that is the case, it means that the JFBConnect authentication probably didn't fully finish. Please check the following:
1) In the JFBConnect Overview page (in the admin area), make sure all the required extensions aren't reporting any errors. Mainly, the Authentication plugin and User plugins need to be enabled.
2) The User plugin has to be ordered after/higher than the Joomla User plugin. See the Re-Order plugins section:

As for the no friends showing, can you post the page this is occurring on so I can take a look at what's happening? Hopefully, it won't show any friends for me either, and then it should be easy to diagnose. It's also possible that the above fix could resolve this issue, but not sure.
