[SOLVED] module not allowing sign up or connect to facebook was created by bhillsboyoz

hi there
we have seemed to set everything up as required, but when you click on the connect facebook logo it allows a login to facebook (if not currently loged in) if logged in it comes up automatically with "Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet."

this does not seem to allow for users to transfer their facebook details to a new member.

can you assist?

have noticed that i hadnt installed the "user plugin"
is it possible for other newbies that the module, plugin and component are all in the one package??? lol thanks!

I believe all the plugins get installed with the component, but we leave it up to the user to make sure they get enabled. If you go to Components -> JFBConnect, the main screen should give you checks and Xs to tell you what is setup and what is not.

Let me know if you don't see this and we will try to make it easier for people to understand.
