Now I have this issue in my Joomla back-end and front-end

That error occurs whenever you've set an "IP Address Whitelist" in your Facebook Application settings. You'll need to go to the Facebook Developer Area , edit your application and remove any settings in the whitelist. If you have any other restirctions set (geography, etc), you may want to remove those too.

Hopefully that gets you going!
