I am interested in this component. Any plans on integrating this with CB1.2? I see you have it for JomSocial unless I'm missing something.

We do have integration with JomSocial where we pull in the user's FB avatar and profile information into their JomSocial Profile. We've done some preliminary investigation into doing the same with CB, but haven't had nearly he requests for it. We'll keep it on our radar, but it's not being planned right now. If more people flood this board with requests though, it will definitely bubble up.

Me too! CB is better as it is a base framework rather than a pre set profile setup (I have both and much prefer the CB profiles as I have some excelent plugins to go with it).

We are investigating. At first, please be aware that it would only be 'core' CB integration (similar features to whats' available with JS now).. if you can let us know what plugins your using, it may help us to avoid some issues that we may run into when we're ready to start testing.

Hiya,

I am using lots (LOTS) of plugins, but for myself am only really interested in the core stuff anyways, just to set up the basic name and avatar, but CB not JS. I would expect users to fill out any more info they wanted on there themselves :).

The CB What are you doing plugin would be nice if it could sync with the facebook status though, not sure how easy that would be (if it could sync both ways would be excellent), but that isn't cb core.

Would be nice to have your 'friends' from facebook as clickable links though (so you click to view profiles) set up not very different from the invite plugin, that would be cool :) perhaps as another module?
