Hopefully I can answer your questions below:

When you use JFBConnect, you were never able to log out of Facebook? I'm not sure why that would be, but it's not an issue we've heard of before. v4.0.3 is quite old though, so that's likely fixed, if it was an issue with that version.

Alpha User Points can be awarded when a user clicks the Like button, posts a Facebook Comment, or sends a Facebook invitation/request to their friends.

and i can use it without JFBConnect register.

All of the points can be awarded even if the user didn't login/register with JFBConnect

The only thing I'm not sure of is whatever other extension you're using will work well with JFBConnect. Other Facebook extensions can conflict with JFBConnect in multiple ways, or we may conflict with it. Facebook really only wants one extension running at a time. So, it may work, but can't guarantee it. You may need to get support from the other extension developer if their registration has issues or switch over to JFBConnect's registration.

Finally, the latest release for Joomla 1.5 is JFBConnect v4.3.4. The version available for Joomla 2.5 and 3.0 is JFBConnect v5.0.0. The features are just about the same, the main change was support for Joomla 3.0.
