If you haven't already, please install and enable the Open Graph - Content plugin. That will attempt to automatically detect the image from your article and set it as the one Facebook should use when your Joomla articles are shared.

Let us know if that helps or you need more control over the image that is selected and we can gladly help.

Thanks,
Alex

Dimitris,
The Open Graph image looks to be properly set now by JFBConnect. When you update the Open Graph tags, it can take up to a few days for Facebook to detect the changes. Using the Facebook Debug Tool on your page, I can see the new image is properly being set though:
developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/og/o...-2013-02-05-23-17-11

Feel free to try that on some other pages as well.

Hope that helps,
Alex

So, your advice is waiting for a few days?
Some images properly set through but in links like this www.agioritikovima.gr/%CE%94%CE%B9%CE%B4...-na-ou-kanoun-kai-oi

the problem still exists, facebook debuggers says

Critical Errors That Must Be Fixed

Could Not Follow Redirect Path: Using data from www.agioritikovima.gr/%CE%94%CE%B9%CE%B4...-na-ou-kanoun-kai-oi because there was an error following the redirect path.

Errors That Must Be Fixed :

wrong response code: URL returned a bad HTTP response cod

Sorry if i make you tired but i am almost sick because of this issue. I would like to inform you that there were plugins and modules for facebook like and comments etc and in the last few days, the problem with the sharing photos appeared. Yestesrday, almost all articles could not be set through properly in facebook pages and i can't understand why.
This is a very critical issue for my site as we used the facebook too much. I would like to ask you if i have to eliminate all the old code in relation to these modules and plugins from my site.

My suggestion was to test with the Facebook Debug Tool, and if that works, wait a few days for Facebook to re-scan all your pages. Obviously, there are still issues with some of your pages though.

The error that the Debugger Tool is showing for that page is due to a UTF-8 character issue. The Open Graph data, including the image, look correct. I've also attached an image of what I see when I click the Like button, which also looks correct:
File Attachment:

Are you seeing something different? Is there something wrong in this photo, from the page you noted above?

I'm not sure what you mean by this:

Sorry if i make you tired but i am almost sick because of this issue. I would like to inform you that there were plugins and modules for facebook like and comments etc and in the last few days, the problem with the sharing photos appeared.

Did you install new Facebook plugins and modules for Facebook, or change some other configurations? If you made changes that we should know about, let us know.

Thanks,
Alex

As far as the image you attached is concerned, the wrong with this post is that the language of the content is strange and non understandable. While the content of my site is in greek language, these letters seem to be something else-unknown.
By that post, i meant that there are some modules and plugins in my site that were installed by another person. For example this plugin for facebook comments inside the article, under the text is a plugin that was installed last year.
Thanks for your instant replies.

The problem is that when i try to share an article, for example
Titlehttp://www.agioritikovima.gr/ugeia/16167-ti-einai-i-inom
the photo of the article does not appear in the facebook post.
Generally, when we try to share whatever article of our site, there is a choice of 3 images to post, in some case among these photos, the photo of the article appears like here

Titlehttp://www.agioritikovima.gr/ethnika/16122-mathete-ellinik

and in other cases does not, like here

Titlehttp://www.agioritikovima.gr/ugeia/16029-arkinos-kai-the

I so confused...

Dimitris,
When I clicked the Like button on that last article, the first image showed properly in my Facebook feed:
File Attachment:

I'm not sure what you're seeing, but the Like button seems to work properly for us and according to what you're looking for.

The only other thing that you should be aware of:
* The Share button has been deprecated by Facebook for more than 2 years now and is no longer recommended to be used. You can see this in the Facebook Like Button documentation:

What happened to the old Share button?
We deprecated the Share Button when we launched the Like button, because the Like button improves clickthrough rates by allowing users to connect with one click, and by allowing them to see which of their friends have already connected. For reference, the Share button documentation is still available here.

* The Like button and social widgets on your page are not from JFBConnect. Additionally, the Like button you have there is re-including the Facebook Javascript API using a different App ID than the one you set for JFBConnect. You should really try to disable the extra Javascript inclusion for better compatibility and page speed. At the very least, set the same app ID for both JFBConnect and those buttons.

Hope that helps,
Alex

Dear Alex,
after a brief research to find which is the source of my problem, i noticed that the problem occurred when i created a custom module for Facebook like of my Facebook page, using a .js file. After that, i could not share any article properly in Facebook.
By installing your component, the Facebook share seems to operate properly, as far as the images are concerned, but i also noticed when an article begins with Greek quotation marks («), the title and the content of the article are written in an unknown format like the image you posted above (www.sourcecoast.com/components/com_agora...open-graph-image.png).
Do you know how to solve such a problem?
