JFBConnect Crashes Site

JFBConnect Crashes Site

I've installed JFBConnect on one of my sites and I noticed the following message a short time after calling up a page.
I'm logged in to FB but the page requested does not require a login to view.
What does it mean?

Re: JFBConnect Crashes Site

It means you likely have the Autologin Facebook Users setting enabled and JFBConnect is trying to log the user in. With that setting enabled, JFBConnect will always try to log the user in on any page if the visitor is logged into Facebook and already has registered on your site.

If that page is causing a problem, please try to disable SEF and test again. If you are using a 3rd party SEF extension, set it to 'skip' JFBConnect so as not to alter our URLs. If our URLs are changed, that can cause issues with our communication with Facebook.

If disabling SEF makes it work, let us know and we can help you re-enable it. We just need to narrow things down.

If you use our extensions, please consider leaving a rating and review at the Joomla! Extension Directory:
