No, we don't have anything. Looking at the instructions on that page though, they seem to say that the Like-Box/FanBox works if you put a Group ID in instead. If that's true, that's news to me, but it's worth trying with our JFBCFan module.. just use the full Group URL and see what happens.
My understanding is that that will not work. Groups have much more privacy options and other restrictions, so showing the stream or other information on a public website isn't something that Facebook has made easy. It is possible with their API to pull out the posts and render them, but that's much more difficult than one of their simple social widgets.
At some point, we'd like to look into more Group support, but I don't have any timeline on when that would be.
