Hi

I have installed JFB Connect and set up a Facebook application and set up according to instructions. My login display but there is no blue "F Connect" button just the text that says login using Facebook. Can anyone please tell me what I am doing wrong or what I need to change? Thanks

Make sure you have the JFBConnect Namespace plugin enabled. That's usually the cause of the missing logo. If not, it's usually a javascript error on your page that's preventing it from showing.

If you can link to the page with the Login Module published, we can usually diagnose the issue quickly.

If you're getting the pop-up to appear, and then the 3 dots (after logging in), that's usually a conflict or communications problem with your site and Facebook. As for conflicts, both the JomSocial version and JFBConnect should not be enabled at the same time. You should only be using one component to integrate Facebook into your site.

Let us know if you can't get it going. We'll do what we can to help.

We're having problems with the Facebook logo not appearing properly as well:

Any thoughts what could be the problem? All installed according to instructions.

Thanks.

I went to your page in Firefox and Chrome on Mac and I see the Facebook Connect button (see attachment):

Is this the image you are having issues with or is it something else?

Sorry for not understanding.

The button shows up in Chrome, but doesn't seem to show up in Safari. Is there something I can change to make sure it's working?

I just tried in Safari as well and the button shows up:

What version of Safari are you using?
Does the page finish loading or does it keep spinning and spinning?
If you reload the page, does that help?
Are you getting any javascript errors?

Let me know and I will try to help.

If you don't mind - you can access the site with the issue here:

I wonder if it's some kind of conflict with one of the javascript packages that I am using.

Thank you for your assistance.
