Glad to hear you're happy with the purchase. There's obviously been a lot of work and feedback from users over the last 3 years which has helped to refine JFBConnect greatly.
As for your question, the answer lies in how the Like button works. A Like button is tied to a specific URL. So, the Like button that's shown on each page of your site (unless configured specifically for a different page), will show the Like's for that page. That's useful so that each of your articles can have it's own Like count. Also, when Like'd, the title, description and image for that specific article will show in a user's wall, which is good for targeted marketing (instead of general branding).
If you want to create a Like button for your Facebook Page (or any other specific page), you need to use the JFBCLike module and specify the href parameter for the specific URL. The actual page that's Like'd doesn't have to be on your website or even your own Facebook page. You can create a Like button that points to coca-cola.com, if you wanted too (and it would show the Like count from that page). You can also create a Like button that points to your FB Page with a JFBConnect easy-tag by doing:
{JFBCLike href=https://www.facebook.com/CEASETherapyCalifornia}Hope that all explains, and makes sense. If you have any other questions though, just let us know.
Finally, if you haven't already, please consider leaving a rating and review on the Joomla Extension Directory for JFBConnect, or our support:

Good luck!
