Hi Alex,

In the K2 item view, I'm seeing
After the like/send div.

But...what I need instead is

For an example of why I need this, please see here: www.mediastars.tv/Media-Talent/Anchors-and-Reporters/Carl-White

Any hints on the easiest way to accomplish this? And not have it effect other areas?

Thanks,

Rich

Rich,
I know, our filtering is a little more aggressive lately for styling and PHP code. We had some issues with spammers and went overboard. We're loosening the restrictions slowly as CSS, PHP, and other things are pretty important to get in this forum.. sorry about that.

The mod you want to make is in the /plugins/content/jfbccontent.php file. Search for "clear". It's the only one in the file. Update that to "clear: left". That should fix that page and be correct for other pages as well. I didn't realize it, but Melissa has already made that change for the upcoming 4.1 release, so it will work that way going forward. If you run into any issues with that though, please let us know. Styling defaults can always be a rough thing, and it's something we're trying not to hard-code as much..

Hope that helps,
Alex

Thanks Alex,

Done. And also moved my "follow @" button to the K2 template so it won't get over written when I install the impending 4.1 release. :-)

Cheers,

Rich

Rich,
Good plan for preparing. We're very excited to get 4.1 out... we're always excited about the feature releases.. but man, keep running into minor issues that slow us down. Still really anticipating next week though.

Either way, glad the fix helped you out.. and assuming it's correct. Always like to have feedback on impending changes before we implement them!

Thanks as always for your feedback!
Alex
