There's a few things that I see wrong on your page for what you're trying to do:
1) You're using the System - Cache plugin. When using this, it should be the last plugin (highest ordering) in your site, and definitely after the JFBCSystem plugin. Otherwise, it will cache the {JFBCxx} tags before the JFBCSystem plugin replaces them with the proper code. This will fix a lot of issues you may be running into with JFBConnect.
2) You don't look to have Open Graph integration enabled in the Social configuration area of JFBConnect. Enable that, and JFBConnect will try to set the proper link, title, and description to be posted in the user's wall. For more information about how to use Open Graph:
