Regarding the username, in the upcoming 4.0 release, there will be a few options for the automatic username generation: For John Smith, you could choose john.smith123, johsmi123, or fb_xxx (their FB user id). The 123 will simply be a unique number to make sure there are no duplicate usernames on your site.

Until 4.0 comes out though (expected in 1-2 weeks), you can check out the following "How can I change the automatically generated username?" in the Common Support Questions area which will give you a solution right now.

As for Kunena, there's no easy way to do that right now without some custom coding. It's on our task list in a future release to add an easy way to pop-up a share window when someone submits certain forms (like a new post). That's still a ways off though, so don't have any timelines. If you have a developer, he may be able to implement the posting to walls in Kunena right now by using the information in the document below:
