Just purchased and installed the CB release.

Running this on a live website. Risky but love living on the edge.

Problems summarised:-

New FB connect users are redirected to :

<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="www.qrme.co.uk/component/jfbconnect/?tas...iver&return=Lw%3D%3D">www.qrme.co.uk/component/jfbconn ... n=Lw%3D%3D

This results in a blank page.

Set up is ...

Registration component: Joomla (wheres the CB option?). I'm using the new CB build.

Redirect on Joomla login: No
Redirect on Facebook login : No

JFBCOnnect:

User configuration:
Create new Joomla Users: No
New User redirection: /profile.html?task=userProfile

Community Builer Intergration
Enable community builder: Yes
Import avatar upon registration: No

jb_xxxx user is created though and If I re-enter <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="www.qrme.co.uk">www.qrme.co.uk (from the blank screen) then the main page displays ok with the CB error message:-

Does not point to a web address. Please update your profile (in red just below the breadcrumb position) (I have a field that is a required field)

The latest version of CB allows you to specify a default value for a field but JFBconnect ignores this value and CB reminds you on every web page that
your profile needs updating. Can you read the default values for a filed an apply these.

I've created <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="www.qrme.co.uk/does-not-point-to-a-web-address-error.html">www.qrme.co.uk/does-not-point-to ... error.html to let users know whats happeng and what to do to recify the error.

Logout button:

If the user has logged in using facebook connect this should then say 'Logout of this site *and* facebook' (or something smaller). Even though I knew I was logged in using
Facebook connect I was suprised clikcing the logout button on QRMe logged me out of Facebook aswell. Thinking about it, it's logical but it's confusing to my members
who have just registered using Facebook Connnect.

Overall, great application and could bring a lot more trafic my the site but needs a bit more tweaking to remove the undocumented features.

If you want any more user testing just email me admin atttt qrme.co.uk.

Use the website to see the issues above.

As for the blank page, please uncomment (remove the #) the 2 require_once lines in the /components/com_jfbconnect/controller.php file at lines 20, 21. It will be fixed in the next release.

We've taken note of the other issues and are trying to get a new test release out this week for CB. Hopefully we'll get many of the fixes in there, but the two lines above should help you test more. Sorry about that!

Thanks for your great feedback. The new 2.1 full release has just been published, and we think we've addressed every problem below. Always let us know if you run into any issues or have feedback on how to improve the features we have!

We're dedicating quite a bit of time to this component over the next few weeks, so we hope to have more feature additions and would love to hear from our users on any direction suggestions they may have!
